This grill is for cooking in the robatayaki style, an ancient technique of Japanese “performance cooking”, on show for diners. It’s very important that a robata grill gets hot enough to quickly cook the food to be juicy on the inside.
Our range of robata grills, available in gas fired or traditional wood/charcoal fired models, are suitable for cooking all styles of skewered foods including chicken, beef, lamb, seafood and vegetables. All product is cooked on the heavy duty adjustable/removable stainless steel product resting bars.
