The economy level filter in the Kaybee range has exactly the same motor and robust build as others in the range and it can filter oil from all brands of deep fryers on the market, provided the fryer pan capacity is 10 litres less than the capacity of the filter (35 litres). No manual handling of hot oil saves labour, cuts fryer vat clean and most importantly is very safe. Filtering prolongs the life of your oil by at least 50%, effectively halving your oil costs via our two stage filtering process.
