The Cookon electric pizza oven PO is compact, bench top with high performance efficiency. With twin deck, 4.8Kw, 20amp single phase – 240 volt, it’s easy to plug in and use straight away. Two individual thermostatically (440C) controlled decks, top and bottom elements (per deck) with decks available in either mild steel or ceramic tile bases. No exhaust hood required. Cooking capacity: 6 X 10 inch Pizzas every 7-8 minutes. Stack another on top and double output!

Pizza Oven Arrival & Installation
Upon arrival, carefully inspect the appliance for concealed damage. Immediately report any damage to the manufacturer. Remove any plastic protection film from the stainless steel surface. Proper installation is essential for efficient and trouble free operation. Any alteration of the equipment voids the warranty.

About the ApplianceE
The Cookon Commercial Bench Top Pizza Oven has two cavities (800mm x 400mm), each of which are able to hold two 15 inch (375mm) pizzas.
Each oven is individually controlled and take approximately eight minutes to cook an average pizza, giving theoretically 25 to 30 pizzas cooked every hour.
Using a base electricity cost of 12 cents per kWH and the ovens’ cycle of “ON” for two minutes and “OFF” for 18 minutes, provides an operational cost of six cents per hour.
Warm-up time is one hour.
Suggested cooking temperature: 280 degrees Celcius (depending on fill textures).
