Conversion Procedure
ENSURE water tank is empty and cold. Remove the four screws holding tank in place. Pull the tank vertically up where the burner and thermocouple are accessible. Remove the burner securing strap and thermocouple. Remove burner.
Replace the injector:
- Natural Gas Propane : remove 1.75mm injector and replace with 1.07mm
- Propane Natural Gas : remove 1.07mm injector and replace with 1.75mm
- Replace burner and thermocouple. Replace tank and secure.
- Finally replace rating plate.
